Prana means "Vitality of Breath". Without breath, we lack energy and vitality. When the flow of energy through breath is unobstructed, we feel invigorated and inspired to breathe deeply. However, when the air we breathe is stagnant or limited, it can hinder the free flow of energy throughout our body.

Prana is a critical factor responsible for energy and vitality, and ensuring its unobstructed flow is a vital component of holistic well-being. Our formulation is specifically developed to ensure the smooth flow of prana. Holy basil or Tulasi, Ginger or Shunthi, and Intellect tree or Jyotishmati are known to help calm and dilate the airways of the lungs, as well as alleviate inflammation caused by allergens and infections. Though ugly in appearance, the chaga mushroom is gaining popularity in the Western world for its potential health benefits. It is said that a cup of tea made from chaga is packed with antioxidants.

The exact nutritional composition of chaga mushrooms is unclear. However, they are rich in antioxidants and several beneficial plant compounds, including triterpenoids, melanins, polysaccharides, polyphenols, and flavans.

Oxidative stress occurs when the body cannot produce enough antioxidants to prevent this damage. Damage from oxidative stress can contribute to the development of many health conditions, including cancer.

It has been used as an effective antitussive agent in traditional practice for ages. It also stimulates both the cell mediated as well as humoral immunity.
